Creative Building Ventures was founded by Martie Mendenhall in 2006. Martie has over 30 years’ experience in the home building industry. Previously, Martie spent 20 years in construction management, and prior to that, he owned and operated a successful framing and remodeling company.
Martie earned the designation of Graduate Master Builder in 2005 through the National Homebuilders Association. He attends continuing education meetings regularly to stay up to date on the latest trends and building practices. He is also a Member of the Greater Des Moines Homebuilder Association. Creative Building Ventures is also an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
